Michael R. Vescio
Partner
Michael is a partner in the Milwaukee office of SmithAmundsen. He concentrates his practice on insurance coverage litigation, professional liability and malpractice defense, insurance tort defense, complex civil and commercial litigation, and appellate law. Michael has served as counsel in numerous state and federal appellate court cases, including oral arguments before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Prior to joining our firm, he spent two years as a solo practitioner with a general civil and criminal practice that included a substantial trial and appellate practice. Immediately prior to joining SmithAmundsen, he served as an associate attorney for a firm handling insurance tort defense, appeals, and complex civil and commercial cases.
