Richard Valentino concentrates his practice in insurance coverage litigation. He represents primary and excess insurers in a broad spectrum of coverage matters arising from auto, commercial transportation, environmental, general liability, health, homeowners, professional liability, property and workers’ compensation/employers’ liability insurance. He prepares coverage opinions and handles all phases of coverage litigation in state and federal courts. Richard holds an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the organization’s highest distinction for attorneys.
