Moses Suarez
Associate
Moses Suarez is an associate in SmithAmundsen’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group. His professional experience covers a broad spectrum of subjects ranging from nursing home and hospital care as a former certified nurse assistant, to retail and mail order pharmaceuticals as a former certified pharmacy technician, to federal and state ethics reporting requirements, tax increment finance zoning, and economic development. Additionally, prior to attending law school, Moses served in a variety of political and government positions for various federal and local elected officials, including serving as chief of staff to a Texas county commissioner.
During law school, he was an associate member of the Valpo Law Moot Court Society and a participant of the spring 2009 ABA Judicial Clerkship Program. Before joining the health services group at SmithAmundsen, Moses served as a summer associate in the firm’s summer program where he focused primarily on medical malpractice claims.
Moses is fluent in Spanish. He is licensed to practice in Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
