Erika Stamper

Erika Stamper is an associate in the Chicago office of SmithAmundsen where she practices in the firm’s Insurance Services Group. Erika concentrates her insurance coverage practice in the areas of mass tort, environmental, property damage and product liability. Erika’s practice includes handling all aspects of coverage litigation on behalf of insurance companies and providing coverage opinions to insurance companies.
Erika has been with SmithAmundsen since 2003, serving as a paralegal to the Insurance Services Group until she received a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2009. She received her B.A. in 2001 from Indiana University in Bloomington. Erika is admitted to practice in Illinois and Indiana state courts, as well as the Northern and Southern District Courts of Indiana.
