Andrew (AJ) Schrage is an associate in the firm’s St. Louis Office and a member of the Corporate Business Services practice group. He focuses his practice in business and commercial law. AJ is experienced with commercial contracts, and transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions for both public and private clients, and entity formation.
Prior to joining SmithAmundsen, AJ practiced at a large law firm in St. Louis and worked in the field of genetics research.
