An accomplished trial attorney, Tom is a partner in the firm’s St. Charles, Illinois office. He currently serves as Chair of the firm’s Commercial and Banking Litigation Practice Group and focuses his practice in commercial litigation. Prior to private practice, Tom served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in DuPage County. He currently serves as Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois.
Tom was named to the Illinois Super Lawyers* list for 2005, a peer review designation published by Law & Politics magazine. He has also received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell for his legal ability and ethics and was named a Leading Lawyer in commercial litigation law, banking and financial institutions law, insurance, insurance coverage and reinsurance law, personal injury defense law, professional malpractice defense law, and toxic torts defense law by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company.
