Josh is an associate in the Chicago office of SmithAmundsen where he focuses his practice on product liability and construction matters. Josh works closely with clients to handle cases from inception to final resolution either through trial, arbitration, or settlement. He has researched, written, argued, and won numerous dispositive motions. Josh’s experience includes extensive involvement in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, from the investigation phase through mediation or trial. He has also successfully resolved many cases by negotiating settlement. In addition, Josh has experience as national coordinating counsel, having actively organized and monitored the litigation of over 200 cases nationwide in State and Federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Josh concentrated his practice in tort defense litigation encompassing product liability, pharmaceutical liability, premises liability, construction negligence, and transportation matters.
