Mark is an associate in SmithAmundsen’s Milwaukee office with a broad litigation background. Mark has represented health care providers in litigation and licensure issues, including drug and medical device litigation. Mark holds a Master's degree in Clinical Bioethics from the Medical School of Wisconsin.
Mark is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Bar Association Health Law Sections. He is admitted to practice in both the Western and Eastern District Federal Courts in the State of Wisconsin as well as the Menomonee Tribal Court.
Mark is a 1989 graduate of Marquette University Law School and a 1985 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is a former board member of the Irish Heritage Cultural Center located in Milwaukee.
