Ean is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. The focus of his practice is bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation. His experience includes representation of debtors, lenders, and trustees in chapter 7 liquidation and chapter 11 reorganization cases, including prosecution of preference and fraudulent transfer actions. He also has significant experience handling commercial foreclosure cases and has obtained significant recoveries for lender clients through sales under the Uniform Commercial Code. Ean regularly represents debtors and lenders in out-of-court workouts, with the most recent engagements involving liquidation of collateral consisting of industrial and restaurant equipment.
