Jason Hill is a partner in SmithAmundsen’s St. Louis office.
Jason handles numerous projects for his public and private sector clients, advising on a broad range of transactional and compliance matters. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, commercial finance transactions (lender and borrower), domestic and international commercial contracts, Uniform Commercial Code and secured lending matters, consumer protection regulations, and consumer lending compliance.
Jason’s expertise also extends to the formation and operation of client-owned captive insurance companies. Additionally, he specializes in privacy regulation, a rapidly-evolving area of corporate law, regularly helping to guide his clients through the various federal, state, and international privacy landscapes.
