Ellen Green is the managing partner of SmithAmundsen’s St. Charles office. Ellen concentrates her practice on the analysis and litigation of insurance coverage issues with an emphasis on environmental, toxic tort, and occupational exposure claims. She has represented insurers in declaratory judgment actions venued in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Minnesota, and Massachusetts. She also has extensive experience as a member of the firm’s Appellate Practice Group. Ellen was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1988.
