Darren P. Grady
Associate
Darren is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office. In his practice, he handles a wide variety of cases, including automobile and homeowners litigation and bodily injury matters. Darren represents individuals involved in significant injury claims in the areas of premises liability and auto defense. In addition, he has experience handling defamation and media privacy matters for the firm’s Entertainment, Media, and Privacy Practice Group. He assists not-for-profit organizations, particularly those involved with the arts, with incorporation matters and handling 501c3 forms. Darren also has experience defending claims alleging exposure to asbestos through his work with the Toxic, Environmental and Mass Tort Practice Group. Darren has taken several matters to arbitration with favorable outcomes for his clients. An experienced trial attorney, Darren recently completed a bench trial to verdict, earning a beneficial result for his client. He is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and the Northern District of Illinois.
While in law school at Washington University in St. Louis, Darren was the student coordinator for the Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts, an Officer in the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, a member of the Environmental Moot Court, and was a member of the Washington University Law Quarterly.
