Linda Gehrs
Paralegal
Bringing a decade of experience in litigation as a paralegal, Linda provides key support to her group by sharpening their written materials to turn legal prose into persuasive (and winning) messages.
Linda’s work centers primarily in the insurance and aerospace defense fields, but she has also handled matters involving corporate and transactional issues as well real estate law. Linda assists attorneys in drafting and revising legal briefs, conducting legal research, preparing and responding to discovery, and serving as a gateway for written communications between the firm and clients. She has experience readying complex cases for trial, preparing exhibits, creating electronic materials for use in trial, and managing large volumes of data, creating a robust framework from which the attorneys can work, both during the litigation phase, and when a case goes to trial.
Before coming to SA, in addition to her paralegal duties, Linda served as the primary writer and editor of her former law firm’s marketing materials, including writing the content for and managing the redesign of their Web site. Prior to becoming a paralegal, Linda worked in marketing and publishing as an Assistant Editor for a nationally published periodical and spent almost three years living in Central Europe teaching English as a Second Language at a high school in the Czech Republic. In 2006, Linda published her first book, about Ukraine.
