Michael Fenwick
Associate
Michael Fenwick is an associate in SmithAmundsen’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Product Liability Practice Group. His previous experience includes defending large corporations, some international, in complex product liability cases. Additionally, he has defended claims in the areas of federal class action, high exposure catastrophic injury, contractual indemnity, professional liability and subrogation.
Michael is admitted to practice in both the state of Illinois and the United States District Court of the Northern District of Illinois. He has been admitted pro hac vice in Wisconsin, Michigan, and in the Michigan Appellate and Supreme Court.
Mike was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2012 Illinois Super Lawyers© magazine list of “Rising Stars*” in Illinois.
