Brian’s practice encompasses a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including the representation of individuals and businesses in a wide variety of personal injury lawsuits, a multitude of cases involving various aspects of family law matters, as well as arbitration/mediation matters. Brian is a certified mediator in the law division of the Circuit Court of Lake County and a certified child representative in the family law division of the Circuit Court of Lake County. Brian has tried dozens of cases to verdict and handled hundreds of arbitration and mediation matters.

Brian is licensed to practice in all Illinois state and federal courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
