Allison L. Chaplick
Associate
Allison L. Chaplick is an attorney in the Chicago office of SmithAmundsen. She concentrates her practice in the areas of labor and employment. More specifically, Allison is experienced in employment related claims including Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, the FMLA and the various equivalent state and local statutes, as well as VESSA and state and federal wage and hour claims.
Prior to joining SmithAmundsen, Allison was a senior associate at a boutique law firms in Chicago where she focused her practice in the area of employment law. She has found success in matters before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Illinois state courts, the Equal Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Human Rights Commission, and the Illinois Department of Employment Security.
Allison is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. In 2010, Allison was named to the Illinois Rising Stars* list, a peer review designation published by Law & Politics magazine.
