Heather A. Bub is an associate in SmithAmundsen’s St. Louis office where she focuses her practice in all matters of products liability, premises liability, commercial litigation, labor and employment disputes, real estate and zoning litigation and environmental and toxic tort litigation. Heather also handles complex insurance coverage issues and general insurance defense matters. During her career, Heather has obtained favorable decisions and successfully co-tried cases in a variety of commercial matters, served on trial teams which obtained defense verdicts for large corporations in high dollar exposure cases, overturned adverse zoning decisions of municipalities, and successfully disposed of matters on Motions for Summary Judgment and Motions to Dismiss in both state and federal court.
Prior to joining the firm, Heather was a senior associate at another prominent law firm in St. Louis. She also worked as an associate for a products liability law firm in Los Angeles before returning to the Midwest. Heather is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Illinois, and California and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri.
During law school at UCLA, Heather was a Moot Court participant for which she received honors. Her past experience also includes an externship for Federal Magistrate Judge James F. Stiven in San Diego as well as an internship with the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office in Vista, California.
