Mark P. Broderick
Partner
Mark is a partner in the firm’s Milwaukee office where he handles litigated matters involving professional liability, products liability, and premises liability. Mark also handles litigated matters involving torts, contracts, and construction related disputes in Wisconsin and Illinois. As a trained arbitrator, he is frequently asked to preside over arbitrations for the 19th Judicial Circuit in Lake County, Illinois and for private litigants.
Mark managed the firm’s northern Illinois office for eight years where his responsibilities included the training and mentoring of the firm’s associate attorneys. He has frequently served as faculty for the SmithAmundsen and Illinois Defense Trial Counsel (IDC) trial academies. Mark has tried cases to successful verdicts in both Wisconsin and Illinois and has arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases during his tenure with the firm.
