Steven is Of Counsel with SmithAmundsen. Steven concentrates his practice in the area of estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate, gift and generation skipping transfer tax, income tax and the representation of closely held businesses. He has extensive experience in personal and family tax planning for entrepreneurs, professionals, executives and closely-held business owners. Prior to private practice, Steven began his career as a CPA with a “Big Six” accounting firm.
