Paralegal

David is a paralegal at SmithAmundsen and a member of the firm’s Insurance Services, Construction Litigation, and Legal Malpractice Groups. His trial experience includes all forms of trial preparation and the use of programs such as Trialdirector 6 and West Time Line Pro for demonstrative purposes during trials. His office experience includes all forms of written discovery, drafting legal memos, legal research, and organization. David manages the firms IDEX Expert Witness Account and the SmithAmundsen Expert Deposition Database.
 

David is also the Supervisor of SmithAmundsen’s Loyola University Paralegal Studies Internship Program. Prior to joining the firm as a paralegal, David was a Loyola University Paralegal Studies intern here at SmithAmundsen.
