Brandon M. Anderson

Brandon M. Anderson is an associate in Smith Amundsen’s St. Charles office and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. With years of experience in representing unions and Taft-Hartley funds in a variety of industries, Brandon brings a unique perspective and strong knowledge of labor law, employment law, and ERISA for the exclusive representation of SmithAmundsen’s clients.
Prior to joining SmithAmundsen, Brandon was an associate at a boutique Chicago labor and employment law firm where he regularly practiced and found success before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in litigation and settlement of ERISA, FMLA and FLSA actions. Brandon also has extensive experience in grievance and interest arbitration in both private and public sector industries.
Brandon is licensed to practice in the state of Illinois and admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2003 and his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2006.
